    actually worse than I had thought - why get rid of Boston from NYC (for a pretty penny IMO and the finance bit makes no sense at all without further detail - are they finding it or not and if finance comes from a different source then why pay Boston the $150k?? just doesn't make sense!) BUT let them retain the ownership to Townsville. Something not quite ok with this with me - must be certain machinations in the background we not aware of!! all IMO.
