Good commentary on today's Investor Webinar on the FN deal and on costs generally. Basically said the realised cost savings from FN deal are actually more than $10/t on a C1 basis and so the annual benefit to Fenix of the FN transaction is worth more than $13 million. "No brainer".
C1 cash costs are quoted FOB Geraldton and so do not include shipping costs. The C1 cash costs savings are separate and additional to any savings on Shipping costs.
For example on the Hedging at $173/t, this is CFR and so relates to a Fenix CFR cost of around $110/t ($78/t C1 cash cost plus $32/t shipping).
