I suspect that the lowish $2m CR fits in with the anticipation of not doing much, if any, drilling until about April. "The wet season" was indicated as being the reason, but maybe the Board also pauses for another reason, waiting for something to develop elsewhere; something that will raise money that won't be another sophs CR.
