I think what investors are looking at is the time expectancy that was mentioned for outcomes, it is obvious it will go to the end of 2024, in the testing stages, so after an announcement like that yesterday you are going to get some differing opinions of some who thought maybe a couple of months.
Remember before the announcement in August, the good one, everyone had hopes of maybe 4ds would get scooped up by some major player.
Anything longer than a years wait, or mention of it. Gets the impatient nervous.
