Regarding the interest rate for funds at call - the annual report for 2021 p68 identified a Call deposit of $51,214 at a weighted average interest rate of 0.70%. Now the past is no certain indicator of the future but from this it appears likely that the present interest on the call deposit is "well" above the interest cost of 0.265% on the loan so a sound move to borrow the funds for cash flow instead of liquidating the call deposit.
