Just produce an independently audited solvency statement for GoConnect Australia and SiS.
Ooops the can't - the administrators have taken over.
And I say SiS because of the loan facility - and the fact they were also in the Supreme Court and
couldn't / wouldn't produce a solvency statement.
Obviously didn't use any of that $400K to ward off the ATO.
What other debts were more pressing than one from the ATO wanting to wind up your company.
And the creditors have stood down - without pay - the GoConnect Australia staff - who worked across all companies - who is even there to create a cash flow.
Just so GCN knows - shareholders not only want shareholder value - they want revenue - that will increase the share price - then happy times.
IMO his suggestion at he Supreme Court that he can sell P1 shares seems a little hollow at the momenent
Lets see what happens at the first creditors meeting.
