I urge others to think about how this management treat us retail shareholders and the ludicrous salaries being paid for the under performance of a small/mid cap company.
As someone mentioned here before this company is treated like a university research facility with no haste or endeavour to monetise at pace.
Surely the lack of detail in any of the commercial outcomes by clouding numbers and events reeks of 'hollow logs' and lack of substance and we continue to let the this happen with the management being greatly rewarded........not if I can have anything to do with it.
Just last week a prime example where management couldn't/wouldn't break up the quarterly cash flow revenue numbers into milestone payments and sales revenues knowing full well it would just leave it to the market to guess......how important was that quarterly?
Consider this, over 15 years or research,trials and news being launched into the market to generate initial sales and they have audacity to 'smoke and mirror' the inaugural sales and provide no commentary or guidance on future pipeline or sales in hand.
Same, same. different just like the fanfare of Euorpean BV launch without mentioning in which country/ies. I guess that must have been 'commercial-in-confidence' information.....lol ...but deliberate.
I can't believe that for less than $5K they resist having the AGM webcast.......obviously for fear of being put on the spot and not have scripted answers to follow.
They may be good scientists but that doesn't necessarily translate into commercial acumen.
When considering your vote for this AGM just weigh up the litany of ASX releases without full disclosure (or omissions) to gauge whether this is a style of leadership you are happy to continue to support.
