    hi rogersd. Do i think SAR will have a write down? who knows....probably given newmnont annouced one on friday for its australian operations....but i dont' think it will be material to their result.....because if it was ( as in SBM's case) wouldnt' they have to have flagged it to the market by now or in their quaterly report preso?
