What I don't get is that while BRL has a stack of cash in the joint venture, Talleys will also have about half of BRL's amount also sitting there unavailable. You would think that Talleys will also want the cash at some point, the question is when?
So I think that there is value in BRL. Exactly when shareholders will see any money is the bet that everyone is placing by owing shares
