Metaphorically, maybe he prefers flipping houses instead of waiting for the market value to increase to sell? Different tactics but only he knows what he is doing and his motives. Clearly means nothing to our value as we have had progression of the drug and he has continued selling. So I don’t think he could care less. But again that’s just speculation.
