So RAC is now basically a pre-clinical stage company? Wasn't the original strategy to compile a data package and position RAC for a takeover bid, yet now they intend to build a pipeline and partner? Nobody should underestimate how risky these pre-clinical studies are. It only takes a single adverse finding in the toxicology study to act as major set back, just look at the recent setbacks for NYR and NSB.
