errrrm, where in the announcement does it say existing shareholders will be given shares in the spin off company? I must have missed that part. I can only see that we will be given the opportunity to purchase shares at the IPO. We'll be given the opportunity to pay again for something we already own in order to continue owning it? Or am I missing something here?
