this is not the first time this has happened with a stock that I own, be interesting to see where this ends up. while I supported the last one although being different to this one as there wasn't a motion to change the constitution, the last one fizzled into nothing in the end with the same intention of possibly blocking a cheap take over offer. Wether there was some actual benefit or not is hard to gauge, needless to say the company never got taken over and is still there today.
