I really don't understand the technicalities involved. It is referred to as a merger but SLR shareholders get to vote, RED shareholders don't. RED gets a new CEO and the BoD gets new members unelected by RED shareholders. The only difference between RED and SLR shareholders appears to be the change in name.
So why don't we get a vote?
