Who did the planning and design of the well and signed off on it?
Who interpreted the porosity and permeability of the problem area and got it wrong?
What is the team going to do to remedy the ingress of water into the casing.
Can it and will it be remedied? If so when?
Is it an expensive exercise?
How will EGO pay for the remedy?
