I agree Dom. Positive announcement in my eyes. It’s either running another trial will not produce any information we don’t already have , (spl alluding to court proceedings) or running another trial to give the FDA what they want. As some have already stated this is just background noise. If it works in the rest of the world, the US doesn’t matter. They will be knocking on out door. Happy SPL have given some timelines on a new trial at least. The money will flow, it’s just a matter of ‘when’. Gltah
