Well said @Domesticgod ... personally I think they should just do another trial now and get on with it .... It could (or at least should) take any good QC/Barrister months to construct a legal argument and then they would need a court date blah blah blah - this could take 12-18 months and may not even be successful. The FDA have obviously supplied new guidelines for a confirmatory trial so let';s just get on with it as I know (as you all do) 4 months will turn into 8 so the longer we put off starting this trial the longer it will be to completion.

It's $4m - we have plenty in the bank and one would have to assume a steady revenue now that the Vivagel is starting to be released around the world ..... once I could understand why we were so tight with spending, but now ???

Get on with the trial and while it is happening get on with all of the other things in the pipeline that will also generate revenue... the FDA has distracted us enough over the last 6 months; we need to move forward !!
