thrasher don't know how you managed to predict it but you were spot on when the other day you said an announcement would happen today only thing is this is not exactlly as positive as I'd like.
For me, reading between the lines, FDA have concerns/objections that SPL will try to overcome but it looks like another trial 4 months $4m and uncertainty.
