So SPL are taking legal actions against the FDAs decision firstly. No trial as yet. To me this seems that SPL are going to see if the FDA can review their conclusion and possibly alter it. Seems like they are prepared to go in hard too. If legal actions fail, I guess they will conducted another trial.
