So much friggin waffle yet again. At the end of the day the FDA have given a big fat NO. So SPL either appeals and launches legal action, or commences another trial, or does both (which will piss off the FDA, cost more and take longer). And we still have not been told and probably never will be told exactly why the FDA have not given approval.
