Why should our company pay for the legals and costs as a result of the negligence of the company management.
This was gross incompetence and the CEO should step down and be replaced immediately.
Other parties to the debacle should also be replaced.
The ramifications will include the negative affect it will have on the capital raising.
Our company cannot afford these actions which were 100% avoidable if good management was in place.
