Hi quartzhands, pivoting where it makes sense is a good thing. In this instance F (and possibly Pb) are a very good thing for Tivan. Introducing cash into this company is of vital importance and these pivots are designed to to just that. With cash we avoid unnecessary dilution. V is the long game for Tivan and again the company needs cash to make it happen sooner rather than later.

So in summary, I see these pivots as the only credible ways to make V happen. The added bonus here is that we should see a boost to the share price as the value of F and hopefully Pb come to light in the next short while.
