Trouble with their guidance is that the EBITDA they quote bears no relation to reported Profit before Tax (or loss in their case).
You're right about the valuation gap. The market won't pay up due to lack of confidence in the board and lack of earnings. Potential bidders would pay up, but seemingly not enough for the board.
As it happens, I think the take up will be good.
