I knew it was a scam and tried to make others aware, but it just looked like I had a vendetta against Brewer, and with most people it's better to believe a pumper with good news than the doomsday one. Nothing made sense and my main issue was "What Director puts a Company into a full on TH within 6 months of taking the reins" he didn't even allow his seat to get warm before he put all this is place. There is no way a brand new director could get all what he did in place within 6 months of taking over. To me it looks suspiciously like he and his associates already had this plan, Brewer got control and then it was so easy to execute. He would of known what happens when a Company tries to backdoor the ASX, or maybe that was his plan, easier to skim when not trading.
Lets hope the New Board has Shareholders best interest in hand and not just their own
