A last-minute replacement prospectus dated yesterday 23 June. Has anyone done a 'compare and contrast' with the original one? I have only read through the updated 'Risks' section on page 23, which thanks to the ASX listing rules is now a diligent outline of the technical, operational, regulatory, financial and other risks to this investment. A must read, though if I had managed to get a stock allocation per the original prospectus, I would be rather discomforted to have a modified prospectus issued at this late a stage. Currently scheduled to list at 1.00pm Sydney time, for those of us that did not get to subscribe.
