Ann: Replacement Rights Issue Prospectus, page-9

Snippets of the prospectus, My post was removed for some reason.
A few things I'm not sure about.
The reserve of 2.26m of equity in the audited chart. Not sure what this is reference to?
Shortfall offer? to remain open for 3 months, something new?.
Mention of dilution to shareholders in the prospectus, I found this very interesting. Maybe a message to SH's about participation. Don't believe MCT will take it up & 3D prospecting would be sitting on the fence maybe? I tried looking up 3B Prospecting Pty Ltd and couldn't find them in ASIC... Not sure who owns this entity.
Growth of SOI to continue if SH approval is met re issue of shares for payment. Significant dilution expected off the back of this likely to put pressure of the MC & SP imo.
The unknown reserve coupled with a "projected" pro forma unaudited account shows a possible $905k equity "if" successful rights issue. I feel this doesn't reflect the unknown costs associated with legal challenges mentioned & working capital required for the company.
Lots there to consider before taking up the rights offer! Particularly the pressure on the company to continue as a going concern as noted in the prospectus.
