Also consider the challenges management would face with the pandemic and travelling OS. Meetings would have to be done via conference or video calls. If anyone travels OS and comes back to Aus, they're in quaratine for two weeks.
Timing couldn't be worse with what's happening, but I would rather anyone involved in the company keep themselves safe than risk their health for the sake of shareholders.
