Not sure you read my paragraph correctly. The world needs RE's but just because they are called rare doesn't make them rare. AND as their prices fluctuate they get substituted by cheaper metals and substances some of which can at times be other RE's.
My point is we aren't running out of RE's anytime soon.....Copper though is an entirely different matter!
