Nice summary @bullriader007 , the only thing I'd add, is the likelyhood that this evaluation will be completely independent of any FDA approval. MSF do not run their programs in the USA, so I think their own testing will be validation enough. I see this as being another market altogether, and thus RAP will have the developed (1st world) and developing (poorer nations) covered. Nicely Done.
