One could contemplate that a new board member with considerable financial and auditing nounce may choose to review current and past financial management of the company. Exit announcement of CFO and company secretary soon after board change is something worth contemplating who knows? Maybe a replacement is already waiting in the wings? Only my opinion and musings.
