Companies need different leaders through the different stages. In the early days you need a street fighter, someone who scrambles and gets the job done no matter what. As the company matures that style is a hindrance, causes confusion and a different style is required, more corporate. This position will change hands a few times as we grow. I would like to thank Rodd for what he did saving ADN a few years ago. Without that we would not be here today.
