I have been thinking about this a bit and working out what my actions should be. Increase, Decrease or Maintain holdings

Are there any benefits to be interpreted when the CFO leaves suddenly without serving a notice period? I cant think of any.

There are some neutral reasons to the business if the CFO leaves suddenly?
Health Issues (sorry if that's the case)
Unexpected Windfall (congratulations if that's the case)
Irresistible offer elsewhere (noting his linkedin page still had ADN as his employer)
Misalignment with new management making the workplace untenable

Negative reasons:
New management cant see path forward to finance with current CFO - Moved along
CFO cant see a path to finance - deserts the ship to maintain reputation.

regardless of the scenario, the sudden nature of the departure without a replacement in the wings is of concern.
