in operations?cant b total including corporate.there’s nearly 40 already at HO. U’d need way more than 35 to run a 300,000t plant. 35-40 people is ur starter plant.so ur talking 120 +/- people total.too top heavy imo.realistically at this stage u’d need 8-10 with the rest consulting.having 40 people on wages is outrageous at this point totally baffling
