    Kind of happy I didn't buy this at 23c despite it being so compelling and cheap..

    But at 18c I just can't help myself...

    At $60m market cap with $20m cash you are paying $40m EV for a minimum of 2-3m Oz of gold...

    At some point this will get taken out or turn into.. a mine.... This valuation is crazy... Strong spec buy
