recommend current holders read that. if much of that sticks, and it seems pretty relevant, class action for shareholders will likely follow. thanks for sharing Ains99. very concerning claims for an unprofitable company, takeover for the underlying tech/IP may be the only saviour from here, sounds like atomos is creating a pretty bad reputation for itself from ethical and customer relation perspective. a lot of that information was new to me
