The enquiry was: there was information on the Newcastle Uni website about the signing a few days before the ASX announcement.
The ASX issued a please explain why it wasnt announced to the market at the same time as the signing (ie continuous disclosure).
ADN said: we didnt even think it needed to be announced to the market and wasn't going to, but MEP wanted to release an annoucement which meant we would have to as well.
The ASX determines whether announcements are price sensitive, in this instance they stuffed up and made one sensitive and the other identical announcement non sensitive
