They are halting stocks which are pumped overtly by a bunch of amateurs taking advantage of their followers, these pumps are extremely detrimental to the stock. ASX and ASIC halt it because they know there is illegal activity regardless of price sensitive announcement. Their names or his/her name will be available once they get caught and if they touch a stock I hold I will definitely sue them for every cent and I think others should too. That’s if ASIC doesn’t take everything cent before.
