essentially there is not enough vertical space between where you kick off the sidetrack and the top of the 200 horizon,to make meaningful step out away from the existing wellbore before intersecting the 200 again. They looked at this from a well design perspective and basically there is too much of a kink (referred to as dogleg severity) required to get away from the fault.
