You miss nothing! They are pumping....

...and the recent announcement of changing their billing time frame from advance to arrears is just to give them 3- 6 months breathing space - if it was that material surely they could put a number on it.

They don't have enough money to get through the December quarter after an R&D rebate and current cash holdings ($400k vs. $500k outflow forecast and lets say $100k in cash receipts).

Look at Cashels "portfolio rebalancing" announcements late last month and I bet later this month - buying & selling but happen to be selling more than they buying at better prices.

Absolute con job.
