DB's response has gone directly to the issue of PEP-11.
I think this is the reason for the volume and SP rise.
BUY and BUYO having no trade is confounding.
MY only response is that the trades were confined to a small group.
If BUY and BUYO have interest tomorrow, I feel our confidence can grow, knowing that approval is not far off.
