I'm not a fan of this. At least it provides some of the clarity and explanations we would have hoped to see in the actual announcement. But I can't help but read a level of arrogance in the announcement, given their history of poor communication.
this in particular:
"we can only surmise that the messaging in the Announcement was misinterpreted..."
Had hoped new comms guy would know communication is a two way street.
