First off the ASX only makes this request when a shareholder (likely a large one) states a detailed case for answers.
and the ASX senior mgmt. and legal agrees.

I'm now concerned the new board isn't reading the room.
I'll go so far as to say that most of the large and small long term holders of ADN are ASX vets who truly understand how the ASX and mining process works.

Why?
Most of them are in it or used to work in it. Also, many former street folks like the loft and others.
We are in many, many stocks and have had great success.

To keep saying we don't get it...when the MD has never had a mining job in his life.
That's a bit rich.
I really thought Mick was going to fix this? Now, I'm not so sure.
I understood Mellissa to know of SHs concerns.
Seems I may have misread them.

They have the experience and know better than this crap that was condensing to the owners of the company.

The AGM, except for some miracle is going to be bad, if the whole board signed off on that reply.

Aug 23rd they had the BOD meeting to discuss.
Aug.24th AS resigned.

So, did AS say it was going to be a very bad idea and warn the BODs?
After all, this is his wheelhouse being a broker who knows the street vibe and SP common sense.

Likely he remain silent and pulled the eject.
If he did try and warn them, he didn't do a good job.

BTW...companies release news they don't want you to see after the close.
They release after the close on a Friday when it's BAD and they really don't want you to see it.

Just by them releasing now (sitting on the reply for 4 days) says they don't want you to see the reply.

No idea what's going to happen. Still a deer in the headlight.
I now know 1 thing that's clear that I wasn't before.
The BOD seems for some reason to have contempt for their own shareholders.

That won't end well.

Thinking maybe a BO at 10-12c is the best play.
Put this animal down and hopefully some SH get some money back.
(I'd be at break even then but, invested emotional capital? 100% loss. At least I'll be able to carry that forward in my own head for years to come.)
