Yes I made a comment on that stock this morning about their failure. Its not that hard to submit a document with the specified time,
Getting back to WKT, Do you think WKT was busy running around trying to come up with deals after they were served a notice from the ASX?
Even yesterday's announcement was completed, why would you make an agreement an not have the directors "Bridging Loan" secured?
BMCG's agreement was similar, WKT didn't have the document ready to submit to the ASX to issue the new "fee and commitment shares"
Plenty of Red flags being raised which should cause concern, but the overinvested all think this is going to plan.
