As I've pointed out before, clients can stop using the software but still keep the contract in place. There is no guarantee that, from GSW or clients perspective, clients will not change their minds due to whatever reasons, during the term of the contract.
What is important is whether the announcements had intentionally led investors to believe that revenues are secured - which is not the case.
