Big Pharma engage lobbyists and many seem to make political donations and probably get a better hearing. Particularly with the change of Government a lobbyist to challenge what happened under the dual ministry of Morrison and Hunt would have been a good idea. I understand that at the AGM 2022 that SPL had sought adjudication on Medical device v Medicine application and the adjudicator had said MEDICAL DEVICE was appropriate around February which probably explains the application currently in the ASX announcement that SPL had current application as a medical device
