No they are not as it was non binding just like LTR was! We had the same lot of of complaining over at LTR when the same thing happened. Just admit it that you shorters/day traders didn’t get the opportunity to make a quick buck! Seen many types like you guys moaning for these same reasons! Now run along champ! If you are that concerned then contact ASX and we all know what the answer is going to be. AZS did absolutely nothing wrong!
