Agreed. This is *especially* the case if you had any difficulties with the AGM/voting process. For instance if you:
didn’t receive a copy of the proxy form with your paper notice of the AGM; and/or
you experienced technical difficulties in accessing the electronic AGM platform on the day.
Both of these irregularities occurred to some shareholders and, if they were widespread, are likely to have changed the result of the resolution to delist.
