Yes - there was a guy introduced himself, as a CEO of public trading company.
For his sake, please dont publish his company details and his name here. It is simplly wrong - self explanatory.
He made a complaint about the lack of communication between the Board and the share-holders.
He did make a valid point, that is: as a director you can and should communicate with your shareholders on a regular basis.
DM said his hands are tight.

I am doing some legal research atm, trying to find the relevant proviisions, explaining the means the CEO of a company can communicate with their shareholders.
HOWEVER, we need to be mindful, that we are smooth-sailing, atm!
