If we extrapolate the numbers from this report and use the data provided where Australia accounts for 0.31% of global concrete production this gives Australian production of 29.2 Mm3.
If all of the concrete produced in Australia would use HRM in 1kg/m3 ratio this would mean 29.2ktpa of HRM for local market.
This is not very likely.
If we assume that 20% of concrete in Australia would use HRM (big assumption) it means just under 6ktpa of HRM.
About mid point of the BOA with IMCD which also covers NZ.
