Only problem is that we are now heading to mid April instead of early April for that updated DFS. Hope it's not another "it's-late-because-it's-bad sign" although SP recently lifted a bit.
Remember, if it's a stellar outcome, with so many parties involved, there is, usually, always a bit of pre hype.
We don't see that atm...
